I'm Alysha Hicklin, a 6-figure salon owner, founder of Beauty Growth Academy and mentor to over 4,000 beauty, hair and aesthetic business owners across the globe. 

If you know me, you'll know I have a no-BS approach, a huge heart and I'm passionate about helping women realise they're far more powerful than they give themselves credit for.

Who is The Rise & Thrive Event for?
Rise & Thrive is for women who know they're capable of more but sometimes find themselves getting in their own way.

It's for women with big dreams, big hearts and big goals, who are ready to strengthen their mindset, reconnect with themselves and spend the day surrounded by other women who genuinely want to see each other win.

You don't need to have a business to attend, but if you do, you'll find that the mindset shifts and breakthroughs from the day will naturally impact every area of your life and business.
What can I expect from the day?
Expect powerful workshops, honest conversations, plenty of laughter, probably a few tears 😂, and a room full of women who get it.

You'll leave feeling lighter, more confident, more aligned and with a completely different perspective on the thoughts and beliefs that may have been keeping you stuck.

And if you need it, I'll happily give you a kick up the arse before you leave too. ❤️
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

However, if something unexpected comes up and you can no longer attend, you're welcome to sell your ticket to someone else. We just ask that you let us know about any name changes before the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to a future event?
No, tickets are only valid for Rise & Thrive 2026 and cannot be transferred to future events.
What should I bring to the event?
Bring a notebook, a pen, a water bottle and an open mind.

Come ready to learn, reflect, laugh, connect with amazing women.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Food and drinks will not be provided so we recommend bringing your own snacks and water.
Please do not bring nuts to the venue.

There are places nearby where you can grab food, but breaks are fairly short, so bringing snacks is definitely a good idea.
Are there any hotels nearby?
Yes! Chesterfield has lots of lovely hotel options we recommend The Casa Hotel, The Peak Edge Hotel or Premier Inn has 2 hotels in Chesterfield.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Parking information and all of the important event details will be sent to you in your confirmation email, so keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder just in case!).
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely! In fact, lots of women do.

Please don't let coming alone stop you from saying yes to yourself.

One of the things I love most about these events is how supportive everyone is. You'll be surrounded by kind, ambitious women and I promise you won't feel alone for long.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course!

If she's been thinking about coming, tell her to stop overthinking and grab her ticket 😂.
Just remember that everyone attending will need their own ticket registered in their name.
