Terms and Conditions

By purchasing access to the Make Money As A Mentor Masterclass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purchase and Access

Your purchase provides access to the Make Money As A Mentor Masterclass for one person only.

Access details will be sent to the email address provided when purchasing. It is your responsibility to enter the correct email address and check your inbox and junk folder before the masterclass begins.

Your access link, login details and any accompanying resources must not be shared, transferred, copied or resold.

2. Refund Policy and Value Guarantee

All purchases are non-refundable, except under our live masterclass value guarantee or where required by law.

We want you to feel confident investing in the masterclass. If you attend the masterclass live and genuinely feel that you have not taken away value, please email support@alyshabradley.com within 24 hours of the live masterclass ending, and we will happily refund your purchase.

Refund requests submitted after this 24-hour period will not be accepted.

This guarantee is only available to customers who attend the masterclass live. It does not apply if you do not attend, only watch a replay or are unable to access the session because of personal circumstances or issues with your own internet connection or device.

Nothing within these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

3. Failure to Attend

It is your responsibility to attend the masterclass at the advertised date and time.

Personal circumstances, including illness, childcare arrangements, work commitments, travel, diary conflicts or forgetting to attend, do not automatically entitle you to a refund or transfer.

Access to a replay will be provided for only 72 hours after the masterclass has taken place. This replay will become available in The Freedom Course which you will have the opportunity to upgrade to. 

4. Technical Requirements

The masterclass will be delivered online. You are responsible for ensuring that you have:

A suitable device

A reliable internet connection

Access to the platform being used

Working sound and video settings where required

Beauty Growth Academy is not responsible for individual technical issues relating to your device, internet connection, email provider or personal settings.

Should a technical issue on our side significantly prevent the masterclass from being delivered, we will provide an appropriate alternative, such as a rescheduled session or replay access.

5. Changes to the Masterclass

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the masterclass date, time, platform, structure, content or delivery where necessary.

Any significant changes will be communicated using the email address provided when purchasing.

If the masterclass is cancelled by Beauty Growth Academy and no suitable alternative is provided, customers will be offered a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All masterclass content, including videos, presentations, workbooks, templates, documents, methods and training materials, remains the intellectual property of Beauty Growth Academy.

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the content for your own learning and business development.

You must not:

Record the masterclass without written permission

Copy, reproduce or distribute the training

Share the replay, resources or login details

Resell or teach the content as your own

Upload any part of the masterclass to social media, membership platforms or other websites

Any unauthorised sharing or reproduction may result in your access being removed without a refund.

7. Live Session Conduct

We want the masterclass to be a positive and supportive environment.

Anyone displaying abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may be removed from the live session without a refund.

Questions and contributions should remain respectful and relevant to the subject of the masterclass.

8. Recording of the Masterclass

The live masterclass may be recorded to provide replay access.

When participating through your camera, microphone or public chat, your name, image, voice or comments may appear in the recording. You may keep your camera and microphone switched off if you do not wish to appear visually or verbally.

Named testimonials, screenshots or feedback will not be used for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

9. Educational and Results Disclaimer

The masterclass is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Beauty Growth Academy does not guarantee that attending the masterclass will result in a particular level of income, sales, clients, business growth or mentoring success.

Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, experience, decisions and implementation of the training.

Nothing shared during the masterclass should be treated as legal, financial, accounting or professional advice specific to your personal circumstances.

10. Liability

You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you take following the masterclass.

Beauty Growth Academy and its representatives accept no responsibility for indirect losses, loss of income, loss of business opportunities or other outcomes resulting from your use of the training, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
