By purchasing a ticket to Rise & Thrive 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Policy
All tickets are strictly non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be transferred to future events.
If you are unable to attend, you may sell your ticket privately. However, reselling tickets within any of our paid Facebook groups is strictly prohibited.
Any ticket transfers must be communicated to us in advance, as guest registration is required upon entry. Only the name registered against the ticket will be granted access to the event.
2. Event Entry & Registration
Attendees must check in using the name assigned to their ticket.
Failure to notify us of any ticket name changes may result in denied entry.
We reserve the right to refuse entry where ticket ownership cannot be verified.
3. Ticket Resale
Ticket resale is the responsibility of the ticket holder.
We do not facilitate ticket sales and accept no responsibility for private transactions, including pricing, authenticity or any disputes arising from third-party sales.
Any issues arising from privately purchased tickets are solely between the buyer and seller.
4. Personal Circumstances
Changes in personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, childcare arrangements, work commitments or any other unforeseen circumstances, do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or transfer.
5. Event Changes
In the unlikely event that Rise & Thrive 2026 is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, attendees will be notified as soon as possible and further information will be provided.
Speaker line-ups, schedules and event content are subject to change without notice.
6. Photography & Filming
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs and video footage may be taken throughout the day.
These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing and social media purposes by Beauty Growth Academy.
7. Liability
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings during the event.
Beauty Growth Academy and the event organisers accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained during the event, except where required by law.
