The biggest shift wasn't me learning something new.
One day it hit me.
I’d spent years building a successful salon that people were constantly asking me about… yet I’d convinced myself I had nothing worth teaching.
How crazy is that?
I’d built booked-out diaries, an incredible team and a thriving business. People wanted to know how I’d done it .....and they were willing to pay to learn.
X I didn’t need another qualification.
X I didn’t need to know everything.
X I just needed to be a few steps ahead and genuinely passionate about helping others.
And do you know the absolutely wildest part?
The things people wanted to learn were the things I’d stopped seeing as valuable because they felt normal to me.
Getting clients. Marketing. Hiring a team. Understanding the numbers.
To me, it was just business.
But to someone struggling to get fully booked or create consistent £5–£10k months, it felt impossible.
And I had the answers.
